I have worked with almost every CRM in the fundraising business. And I am a certified Salesforce administrator. Do I code? Nope. BUT I do serve as a translator between those who make decisions and those who can make things happen. Typically I work with leadership to determine perceived gaps and frustrations while simultaneously getting to know the organization’s database and people who make it go.
